Terms and Conditions

All Essentially Country items are handmade, and in most cases made to order.  If an item is in stock I aim to send it to you within 24 hours of an order being placed. Please allow 3-7 working days just in case I am away. I will email/contact you when your goods have been sent.  

For made to order items, I will contact you and give you a realistic timescale as soon as I receive the order and will work towards your requirements where possible.  

In the unlikely event that I am unable to fulfil your order I reserve the right to cancel at any time before delivery and issue a full refund. 

Product Colours and Patterns

Because of differences in monitors the colours displayed on your screen may not exactly match the true colours of the fabrics. 

Also, because each product is individually handmade, there may be slight differences, for example in the sizes or the colour of a button.  These slight changes are probably unnoticable, but if an item has to be changed in any significant way I will always contact you first.  

If you are not completely satisfied with the item that you have ordered I will be happy to offer a refund in accordance with the returns policy.

Essentially Country respects your privacy and the security of your personal information. 

I will only use your personal information to process your order or to contact you if necessary.  

I do not see nor store your credit card details and I do not under any circumstances share your personal information with any third parties. 

Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to me and I hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact me. 

I will give a full refund, minus delivery costs for any item that is returned in its original condition.

Items must be returned within 14 days.

Your refund will be via the method in which payment was originally made. 

Return postage costs are not refunded. 

The package is your responsibilty until it reaches me. I recommend you send it by registered post, retaining proof of postage in order to make a claim from Royal Mail should your package be lost. 

If returned goods are not in their original condition and are damaged no refund will be offered.
